1. The Service / 서비스의 내용

Younghee is an information and discovery tool. You chat with an AI character ("Younghee") about your skin, and she suggests Korean beauty products based on ingredients and publicly available information, then points you to third-party retailers where you may buy them. Younghee does not sell products, process payments, ship goods, or handle returns. 영희는 정보 제공 및 제품 탐색 도구입니다. 귀하는 AI 캐릭터("영희")와 피부에 관해 대화하고, 영희는 성분 및 공개된 정보를 바탕으로 한국 화장품을 제안하며, 이를 구매할 수 있는 제3자 판매처로 안내합니다. 영희는 제품을 직접 판매하거나, 결제를 처리하거나, 상품을 배송하거나, 반품을 처리하지 않습니다.

2. Younghee Is an AI / 영희는 AI입니다

"Younghee" is an artificial intelligence character, not a real person. All of her replies are generated by AI (using providers including Anthropic's Claude). Her persona, name, and backstory are fictional and used to make the experience friendly. Nothing Younghee says should be understood as coming from a licensed human professional. "영희"는 실제 사람이 아닌 인공지능 캐릭터입니다. 영희의 모든 답변은 AI(Anthropic의 Claude 등 제공업체 사용)에 의해 생성됩니다. 영희의 페르소나·이름·배경 이야기는 친근한 경험을 위한 허구이며, 영희의 어떠한 발언도 자격을 갖춘 사람 전문가의 발언으로 이해되어서는 안 됩니다.

3. Eligibility & Age / 이용 자격 및 연령

To agree to these Terms and use the Service, you must meet the following age requirements: 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하기 위해서는 다음 연령 요건을 충족해야 합니다:

• Under 13. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and they may not use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (see our Privacy Policy).13세 미만. 본 서비스는 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 13세 미만 아동은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다. 당사는 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다(개인정보처리방침 참조).
• Ages 13–17. You may use the Service only with the involvement, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.13세–17세. 부모 또는 법정대리인의 참여·동의·감독 하에서만 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 해당 보호자가 귀하를 대신하여 본 약관에 동의하고 귀하의 이용에 대해 책임을 집니다.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. Younghee provides only general, age-appropriate information and is never a substitute for guidance from a parent, guardian, or qualified professional. 서비스를 이용함으로써, 귀하는 위 요건을 충족함을 표명하는 것입니다. 영희는 일반적이고 연령에 적합한 정보만 제공하며, 부모·보호자 또는 자격 있는 전문가의 조언을 결코 대체하지 않습니다.

4. Not Medical or Professional Advice / 의료·전문 조언이 아님

Younghee's suggestions are general information only and are not medical, dermatological, or professional advice. Younghee is not a doctor and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. 영희의 제안은 일반적인 정보일 뿐이며 의료·피부과적·전문적 조언이 아닙니다. 영희는 의사가 아니며, 어떠한 질환도 진단·치료·완치하지 않습니다.

You acknowledge and agree that / 귀하는 다음을 인지하고 동의합니다:

• Patch test first. Cosmetic products can cause irritation or allergic reactions. You should perform a patch test before using any new product.패치테스트를 먼저. 화장품은 자극이나 알레르기 반응을 일으킬 수 있습니다. 새 제품 사용 전 반드시 패치테스트를 권장합니다.
• Results vary. Outcomes depend on your individual skin, and no specific result or effect is guaranteed.결과는 개인차가 있습니다. 효과는 개인의 피부 특성에 따라 다르며, 특정 결과나 효능을 보장하지 않습니다.
• Consult a professional. If you have a skin condition, allergy, are pregnant or nursing, or have any concern, consult a qualified dermatologist or physician before using a product.전문가와 상담하십시오. 피부 질환·알레르기가 있거나, 임신·수유 중이거나, 우려가 있는 경우, 제품 사용 전 자격 있는 피부과 전문의 또는 의사와 상담하십시오.

5. Third-Party Retailers & Affiliate Links / 제3자 판매처 및 어필리에이트 링크

When you click a "shop" link, you leave younghee.beauty and enter a third-party retailer or affiliate network (for example, Olive Young Global, YesStyle, a brand's own site, or Awin). We may earn a commission when you purchase through these links, at no extra cost to you. This never changes which products Younghee recommends — see our Affiliate Disclosure. 귀하가 "구매(shop)" 링크를 클릭하면 younghee.beauty를 떠나 제3자 판매처 또는 어필리에이트 네트워크(예: Olive Young Global, YesStyle, 브랜드 자사몰, Awin)로 이동합니다. 귀하가 해당 링크를 통해 구매하는 경우 당사는 추가 비용 없이 커미션을 받을 수 있습니다. 이는 영희의 추천 제품에 어떠한 영향도 미치지 않습니다(어필리에이트 공시 참조).

We are not a party to your transaction with any third-party retailer. All purchases, prices, payments, shipping, customs, taxes, returns, refunds, warranties, product authenticity, and customer service are solely between you and that retailer, governed by that retailer's own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible or liable for: 당사는 제3자 판매처와 귀하 간 거래의 당사자가 아닙니다. 모든 구매·가격·결제·배송·통관·세금·반품·환불·보증·정품 여부·고객 서비스는 전적으로 귀하와 해당 판매처 사이의 문제이며, 해당 판매처의 약관 및 정책에 따릅니다. 당사는 다음에 대해 통제권이 없으며 책임을 지지 않습니다:

• product availability, pricing accuracy, or price changes제품 재고, 가격 정확성, 또는 가격 변동
• order fulfillment, shipping delays, or delivery problems주문 이행, 배송 지연, 또는 배송 문제
• the quality, safety, authenticity, or condition of products purchased구매한 제품의 품질·안전성·정품 여부·상태
• returns, refunds, or disputes with the retailer반품, 환불, 또는 판매처와의 분쟁
• the privacy or data practices of third-party sites제3자 사이트의 개인정보 처리 관행

Prices shown on the Service are snapshots that may be out of date; the price at the retailer at checkout controls. 서비스에 표시된 가격은 과거 시점의 정보로 현재와 다를 수 있으며, 결제 시 판매처의 실제 가격이 적용됩니다.

6. Accounts / 계정

You can use the Service without an account. Optionally, you may sign in with Google or an email "magic link" to save your skin profile and picks. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use at hello@younghee.beauty. 귀하는 계정 없이도 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 선택적으로 Google 로그인 또는 이메일 "매직 링크"로 로그인하여 스킨 프로필과 추천 제품을 저장할 수 있습니다. 귀하는 자신의 계정에서 발생하는 활동과 로그인 정보의 보안 유지에 대해 책임을 집니다. 정확한 정보를 제공하고, 무단 사용을 인지한 경우 hello@younghee.beauty로 통지하는 데 동의합니다.

7. Acceptable Use / 이용 시 준수사항

You agree not to / 귀하는 다음 행위를 하지 않는 데 동의합니다:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose불법적인 목적으로 서비스를 이용하는 행위
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems서비스 또는 그 시스템을 방해·과부하·역설계·스크래핑하거나 무단 접근을 시도하는 행위
• misuse the AI chat to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive contentAI 채팅을 악용하여 불법적이거나 유해하거나 모욕적인 콘텐츠를 생성하는 행위
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation타인을 사칭하거나 소속을 허위로 표시하는 행위

8. User Content & Chat Data / 사용자 콘텐츠 및 채팅 데이터

When you chat with Younghee, you provide messages and (optionally) a saved skin profile ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your User Content for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service — including sending it to our AI provider to generate responses, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not share sensitive personal or medical details you would not want processed this way. 귀하가 영희와 대화할 때, 귀하는 메시지와 (선택적으로) 저장된 스킨 프로필("사용자 콘텐츠")을 제공합니다. 귀하는 당사에게 서비스의 운영·제공·개선을 목적으로 사용자 콘텐츠를 사용·처리·저장할 수 있는 비독점적·전 세계적·무상의 라이선스를 부여합니다. 여기에는 개인정보처리방침에 기재된 바와 같이 응답 생성을 위해 AI 제공업체에 전송하는 것이 포함됩니다. 이러한 방식으로 처리되기를 원하지 않는 민감한 개인정보나 의료 정보는 입력하지 마십시오.

9. Intellectual Property / 지식재산권

The Service — including the Younghee name, character, text, design, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. Product names, brand names, and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission. 서비스(영희 이름·캐릭터·텍스트·디자인·소프트웨어 포함)는 당사 또는 당사의 라이선서가 소유하며 관련 법률에 의해 보호됩니다. 제품명·브랜드명·제3자 상표는 각 소유자에게 귀속됩니다. 귀하는 당사의 허가 없이 서비스를 복제·재생산하거나 2차적 저작물을 작성할 수 없습니다.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties / 보증의 부인

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service or Younghee's recommendations will be accurate, reliable, complete, error-free, or uninterrupted. AI-generated recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you rely on them at your own discretion. 서비스는 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로(as is)" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로(as available)" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 당사는 상품성·특정 목적 적합성·비침해, 그리고 서비스 또는 영희의 추천이 정확·신뢰·완전·무오류·무중단이라는 보증을 포함한 모든 보증을 부인합니다. AI가 생성한 추천은 불완전하거나 부정확할 수 있으며, 귀하는 자신의 판단과 책임하에 이를 이용합니다.

11. Limitation of Liability / 책임의 제한

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Younghee (the operator) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for any damages arising from: 법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 어떠한 경우에도 영희(운영자)는 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적·징벌적 손해, 또는 이익·데이터·영업권의 손실, 또는 다음으로부터 발생하는 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다:

• your use of, or inability to use, the Service서비스의 이용 또는 이용 불가
• any product you purchase from a third-party retailer, including any adverse reaction, irritation, allergy, or injury제3자 판매처에서 구매한 제품(부작용·자극·알레르기·상해 포함)
• your reliance on any recommendation, ingredient information, or content추천·성분 정보·콘텐츠에 대한 귀하의 신뢰
• any transaction, dispute, or interaction with a third-party retailer제3자 판매처와의 거래·분쟁·상호작용

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which, for a free service, is typically zero), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 서비스와 관련된 모든 청구에 대한 당사의 총 누적 책임은 미화 100달러(USD 100) 또는 귀하가 지난 12개월간 당사에 지불한 금액(무료 서비스의 경우 통상 0원) 중 더 큰 금액을 초과하지 않습니다. 일부 관할권에서는 특정 책임 제한을 허용하지 않으므로, 위 일부 조항이 귀하에게 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다.

12. Indemnification / 면책 보상

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Younghee (the operator) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. 귀하는 서비스의 오용, 본 약관의 위반, 또는 법률이나 제3자의 권리 침해로 인해 발생하는 모든 청구·손해·손실·비용(합리적인 법률 비용 포함)에 대해 영희(운영자)를 면책하고 손해를 입히지 않을 것에 동의합니다.

13. Governing Law / 준거법

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (If the operator later establishes a business entity in Korea or the U.S., these Terms may be updated to specify the governing law of that entity's jurisdiction.) Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence. 본 약관은 법률의 충돌 원칙에 관계없이 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율됩니다. (운영자가 추후 한국 또는 미국에 사업체/법인을 설립하는 경우, 본 약관은 해당 법인의 관할 준거법을 명시하도록 개정될 수 있습니다.) 본 조항의 어떠한 내용도 귀하의 거주지의 강행적 소비자 보호법에 따른 보호를 박탈하지 않습니다.

14. Dispute Resolution / 분쟁 해결

a. Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hello@younghee.beauty and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most issues can be resolved this way. a. 비공식 해결 우선. 정식 절차를 개시하기 전에, 귀하는 hello@younghee.beauty로 연락하여 최소 30일간 성실하게 비공식적으로 분쟁 해결을 시도하는 데 동의합니다. 대부분의 문제는 이 방법으로 해결할 수 있습니다.

b. Small claims. Either party may bring an individual claim in the small-claims court of the user's place of residence, if the claim qualifies. This keeps low-value disputes simple and local to you. b. 소액 분쟁. 어느 당사자든 청구가 자격 요건을 충족하는 경우, 사용자 거주지의 소액사건 심판 법원에 개별 청구를 제기할 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 소액 분쟁은 귀하의 거주지에서 간소하게 처리됩니다.

c. Other disputes — Korean courts. Except for small claims under (b), any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the courts of the Republic of Korea, and Korean law applies (see Section 13). This reflects that the operator is based in Korea. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence — if those laws give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, that right is preserved. c. 그 밖의 분쟁 — 한국 법원. 위 (b)의 소액 분쟁을 제외하고, 비공식적으로 해결되지 않은 분쟁은 대한민국 법원에 제기하며 한국법이 적용됩니다(제13조 참조). 이는 운영자가 한국에 소재한다는 점을 반영한 것입니다. 본 조항의 어떠한 내용도 귀하의 거주지의 강행적 소비자 보호법에 따른 보호를 박탈하지 않으며, 해당 법이 귀하에게 거주지 법원에 청구할 권리를 부여하는 경우 그 권리는 보장됩니다.

d. Individual basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or member in any class or representative action. If applicable mandatory law does not permit this limitation, it does not apply to you. d. 개별 기준. 관련 법이 허용하는 범위 내에서, 귀하는 청구를 개인 자격으로만 제기하며 어떠한 집단·대표 소송에서도 원고나 구성원으로 제기하지 않는 데 동의합니다. 적용되는 강행 법규가 이러한 제한을 허용하지 않는 경우, 본 항은 귀하에게 적용되지 않습니다.

e. Future change. If the operator later forms a business entity (in Korea, the U.S., or elsewhere), we may update this section — including adopting an arbitration procedure — by amending these Terms under Section 15. e. 향후 변경. 운영자가 추후 사업체/법인(한국, 미국 또는 그 밖의 지역)을 설립하는 경우, 당사는 제15조에 따라 본 약관을 개정하여 본 조항을 변경할 수 있으며, 여기에는 중재 절차의 도입이 포함될 수 있습니다.

15. Changes to the Service and These Terms / 서비스 및 약관의 변경

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, provide notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. 당사는 언제든지 서비스의 일부를 수정·중단·종료할 수 있습니다. 또한 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 "최종 수정일"을 변경하고 중대한 변경의 경우 서비스에 공지합니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하시는 경우 개정된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

16. Termination / 이용 종료

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reasonable operational reason. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by emailing hello@younghee.beauty. 귀하가 본 약관을 위반하거나 기타 합리적인 운영상의 사유가 있는 경우, 당사는 언제든지 귀하의 서비스 접근을 중단하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 귀하는 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있으며, hello@younghee.beauty로 이메일을 보내 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

17. Miscellaneous / 기타

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service. 본 약관의 어떤 조항이 집행 불가능한 것으로 판단되더라도 나머지 조항은 계속 유효합니다. 당사가 어떤 조항을 집행하지 않더라도 이는 권리의 포기가 아닙니다. 본 약관은 서비스에 관한 귀하와 당사 간의 완전한 합의입니다. 귀하는 본 약관을 양도할 수 없으나, 당사는 서비스 이전과 관련하여 이를 양도할 수 있습니다.
